Christmas is going to be so hard for my family and me this year! All of our Christmas traditions revolved around Granny. And now that she's gone, I don't know what we're going to do. A few of my favorites:

Granny's biskets! I remember she got up and made them for us on our Christmas morning last year.

When Granny used to come down to Texas for Christmas, we'd always go out to see the Christmas lights. We'd drive around town, singing Christmas songs, and looking at all the beautiful decorations. There's this one park that always puts up lights. We'd drive through the park every year and look for the new additions (they add at least one new thing every year) and then at the end we'd all stand under the gigantic tree of lights. Rachel and I would spin around under there, but everyone else would just laugh at us and then catch us when we fell over. :D

I loved those times! I after Granny got to weak to travel all the way to Texas, it became our Christmas tradition to bring a Texan Christmas to her. It's going to be so hard this year, not having her there. I don't know how we're going to make it through. :(
